TRADE SHOW PHOTOGRAPHY - PROPOSAL TIMELINE

If you are interested in working with us, now it’s time to consider how many photographs you will need.

Take into consideration:

• the size of your booth;

• how many individual pieces and sets will be on display;

• different purposes you’ll put the photographs to use

  • social media/internet;

  • press;

  • online catalogues;

  • printed catalogues;

  • and others.

Every event has a tight schedule and this one is no different. Depending on our availability we’ll be happy to schedule your shooting for any time slot you wish.

Some shoots have to be earlier than opening hours so we can work without the crowds of visitors and get clean and well organized pictures of the booth.

Duration can vary depending on the crowd/time of the day, the size of the booth and other difficulties. Please explain your specific situation when you contact us.

Typically we do:

• Architecture photography of the booth, set compositions and/or in situ Product Photography;

• General ambiance of the booth and/or customer interaction within it;

• If needed, press events and team portraits.

All the photographs taken during the shoot will be sent at the end of the day (with full HD-res) so you can choose which ones you prefer.

Those files can be used by the client at anytime in social media or other medium.

All files sent this time will not be fully edited.

Example: If you choose Pack#20, the shoot can be around 2 hours and we’ll take around 40 different pictures and at night, we’ll send all of them, so you can choose the final 20.

Just like the scheduled date of the shoot, the final delivery date will be booked in order.

Post-production will consist in:

• Color correction and lighting adjustments/HDR partial composition;

• Geometric and perspective corrections;

• Cleaning, reconstruction and overall imagem treatment (walls and floor, reflections, etc);

• Delivery of the final photographs via WeTransfer link;

• and more.

Output of the files: JPG + TIF; 300 ppi; 8bit; RGB; ~5K resolution.
